Appointments can be booked Monday - Saturday 10.00am - 4.00pm. In exceptional circumstances I will make home visits, however there will be a small extra charge to cover expenses and travel time.
An estimate of the number of sessions you require can be given from the initial consultation. However, you will usually notice a difference in your life from the first session. Where suitable I will provide a CD for you to ‘top up’ on the treatment at home and help to reduce the number of sessions required.
A first consultation will take 1½ hours - the first half hour is free - during which we can discuss your problem and treatment and give you your first hypnosis session.

Cancelling a session
Although I understand that at times there are circumstances that may lead to a cancellation of a session, I would like to point out that all cancellations must be made 24 hours before the booked session otherwise the session will be chargeable. Some people don’t regard it as serious and think that it does not really matter if they cancel the session a few minutes before the session or even worse do not show up at all. Just for a moment, think about the people who would have loved to have your appointment, you might have been lucky to get a weekend appointment scheduled. Please have the courtesy to give at least 24hrs notice and please be as respectful of my time as I am of yours.
