I started my life as one of the lucky ones - my mother had been offered Thalidomide for morning sickness but preferred to use traditional remedies (no aspirin even in our house!) so the prescription was left in the drawer and she used port & dry toast. She had a missing disc in her spine and I was often called upon to relieve the pain - which consisted of putting my hand on the area until it was gone - no-one told me that this was unusual!

She was a talented amateur palmist and often tried to teach me, but this, along with astrology and Tarot were not to be - I could work out the technical results but didn’t seem to have that intuition to put it together at the time.

So after studying Design in Kent & London (where my final year thesis was on the psychology of colour), I worked in an eclectic collection of jobs, picking up tools as I went along, and studying Herbal Medicine and later Dowsing. I spent several years in Management & Training, gaining my Dip RSA in Management, finally in the charity sector, before I decided to train in my long held ambition of Hypnotherapy.

A number of synchronicities directed me to the Past Life Regression Academy where I was trained by Andy Tomlinson, a founder member of  the European Academy of Regression Therapy and the European Association of Regression Therapy and an international trainer and author on Past Life & Spiritual Regression - himself trained by Dr. Michael Newton.

This proved to be a major turning point in my life which reawakened psychic gifts that had been dormant since childhood such as seeing Auras and being able to see and draw the past faces of my clients during regression.

I received a Diploma in Hypnosis and a Diploma in Regression Therapy.

I have developed my healing by training as an Usui & Tibetan Reiki Master and as part of my commitment to continual personal &  professional development I am continuing my studies with Ericksonian Psychotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

I feel honoured that I am able to help people to change their lives for the better practically, emotionally and spiritually, whether it is with therapy or workshops or just in conversation.

I work in partnership with my clients, guiding them towards their chosen goals.
